Policy
A non-refundable deposit booking fee of $100 will be required to hold your appointment. This fee will be credited towards your appointment. Once the deposit is received, appointments will be confirmed, and the remaining balance will be due by your scheduled appointment (before or after the procedure). Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
A minimum of 48-hour notice is required to reschedule your appointment without penalty. If you provide less than 48-hour notice, you will forfeit your deposit, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule your appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount. Clients who show up for their appointment but decide not to proceed with the procedure will not receive a refund for their deposit.
We kindly request that you contact us if you anticipate being late for your appointment. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to cancel your appointment and forfeit your deposit. In such cases, a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate you if possible. However, we ask that you respect our time and the time of other clients by arriving on time or letting us know as soon as possible if you are running late.
Each treatment session will last up to two hours per area. If the area being treated has a lot of stretch marks, it may not be possible to complete the treatment within the two-hour time frame. In such cases, the area will be divided into two separate sessions, with the first session counting as the first treatment for the entire area. This will be covered during the consultation.
We would like to emphasize that we will not use any remaining time in the session to treat another area. Our focus is on providing comprehensive and effective treatment for each individual area being targeted, and we believe that this policy will help us achieve that goal.

By booking an appointment, you agree that you have read the aftercare instructions provided to you before the procedure and will follow them. You also agree that the artist has informed and given you aftercare instructions and what to expect.
You understand that results may vary from client to client, and multiple treatments may be necessary to achieve desired results. You understand that hyperpigmentation will occur and will take some time to lighten.
While complications from these procedures are rare, they can and sometimes do occur. Please note that the procedures we provide are not an exact science, and we cannot guarantee specific results. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any treatments received, and all transactions are final. This policy also applies to pre-paid packages, which are non-refundable.
